    WB: Doorstep grievance redress units on anvil

    The Bengal government, building on the success of the Duare Sarkar scheme - which aimed at providing services at doorsteps - has decided to launch a Citizen Relationship Management Unit (CRMU), which will ensure grievance airing and redress without people needing to step out of home.
