Kolkata: SRFTI student drowns in pond on campus

A student at Satyajit Ray Film and Television Institute reportedly drowned in a pond on the campus on Friday morning. While the institute claimed Vishal Mohanlal Gautam (29) had gone boating in the pond, his room-mate, Sushant, who was with him at the time of the incident, told cops Gautam had drowned while swimming.
