KMDA starts Maa flyover assessment

The Kolkata Metropolitan Development Authority (KMDA) has started structural health assessment of the 4.3 km long Maa flyover. The flyover's bearings and expansion joints will be inspected by mobile units for the next three weeks to find out if there are any structural distress. There will be no traffic closure or diversion during the inspection work.
