The country's first Indian Institute of Technology at Kharagpur aspires to reach a rank in the top 10 among global institutes and become a leader in developing artificial intelligence programmes. IIT-Kharagpur director Virendra Tiwari laid out this vision at the institute's 72nd founder's day programme on Thursday. Alumni from across the world had come down for the programme held on the campus after two years.
