Realigned auto routes, bus services on cards

The transport department on Friday came to the rescue of people commuting between the city and its northern suburbs, keeping in mind the imminent demolition of Tallah Road Over Bridge. The department announced several measures, including realignment of 20 auto routes, introduction of 50 medium size shuttle bus services, and plying magic cabs between Dunlop and Shyambazar. Around 100 app-based bus services and cabs will be available to ease the commuters’ woes.
