Kolkata: Three bookies arrested even before India plays a World Cup match

The arrest of three bookies—Rajkumar Lihala, Amit Kumar Gupta and Sushil Rathi—in Kolkata over the past two days even before India plays its first World Cup match against South Africa on Wednesday has led the local police to mount vigil in guesthouses and trading centres across central Kolkata and south and eastern suburbs.
